That’s why we are committed not only to our employees but also to supporting children and families through our own Dethleffs Family Foundation, which has been actively making a difference for 20 years.

The Dethleffs Family Foundation brings joy to children’s lives
Social commitment is a cause close to our hearts. We firmly believe that every individual can make a difference and have been turning this belief into action through the Dethleffs Family Foundation for 20 years. Alongside our main project “A holiday at last”, which allows families to unwind and reconnect with nature, there are many other foundation initiatives that benefit children and families. Our foundation is financed exclusively by donations and is managed by dedicated Dethleffs employees.
The Dethleffs training workshop makes children’s dreams come true
In our training workshop, we not only train woodworking technicians, but also produce numerous workpieces for the foundation, from playgrounds for kindergartens to caravan-shaped money boxes.
We are proud that our employees are committed to and actively involved in the foundation’s work. Their dedication and support are crucial to the success of the Dethleffs Family Foundation. Together, we can make a real difference and have a positive impact on people’s lives.
Responsibility towards our employees

We firmly believe that workplace accidents and occupational illnesses can be prevented. To this end, we incorporate the latest ergonomic insights into the design of our workstations and workflows. Through “Dethleffs moves”, we offer our employees supportive health programmes to help them feel good and stay healthy, both at work and in their free time.
The employees also have access to free counselling on health issues and for their mental well-being.
Our modern staff restaurant with ist inviting ambience is open to all employees and serves healthy, varied, freshly cooked meals every day.
